What to expect during your hypnotherapy session
During hypnotherapy, you are always aware and in control. Hypnotherapy simply helps you delve into your subconscious mind to achieve a state of intense relaxation and thoughtfulness. At no point will you be unconscious, unaware of your surroundings, or out of control.
Hypnotherapy appointments generally follow a standardized structure designed to help you relax and achieve deep introspection. These steps include a introductory discussion, induction into the hypnotic state, hypnotherapy, and finally, gentle emergence.

Once the necessary mental state has been achieved, we will enter the therapeutic stage. Using gentle guiding techniques, I will help you harness the power of your subconscious mind to address negative thoughts and behaviors, stress, pain, fears, and any other obstacles your conscious mind struggles to cope with.

Once the therapeutic stage is complete, I will gently guide you back out of your introspective state and we will discuss your experience, thoughts, and next steps.
